Overview

ULTRADISTANCIA by Federico Winer is an original fine art project dedicated to the creation of exclusive limited-edition artworks.

Over the past ten years, we produced, sold, and shipped artworks to more than 200 collectors across 30 countries worldwide. Each work is carefully supervised throughout every stage of creation, production, packaging, and delivery, using only museum-grade materials and archival-quality processes.

All ULTRADISTANCIA artworks are produced in collaboration with WhiteWall Lab (Germany), recipient of the TIPA World Awards for Best Photo Lab Worldwide (2013, 2017, 2020).

Orders are shipped from WhiteWall’s production facility in Frechen, Germany via UPS, FedEx, or TNT. Every shipment is professionally packaged, fully insured, and includes a tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Ordering & Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• Secure payments accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Stripe.

• Bank transfer and WISE payments are available upon request: info@ultradistancia.com

• For security reasons, we do not store credit card information.

Production & Shipping Times

• United States & Europe: ships within approximately 5-7 business days after order confirmation.

• Rest of the World: ships within approximately 2 weeks.

• Large-scale works or custom framing may require additional production time.

• Specific production timelines are listed on each artwork’s product page.

Customs & Duties

Shipping costs include professional packaging, handling, and insurance.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the buyer. ULTRADISTANCIA cannot pre-pay or estimate these charges.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as production has not yet started. Once production begins, the order enters multiple automated production and shipping workflows, making cancellation no longer possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the process before production begins and provide a full refund. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production is underway.

Return Policy

• Unframed Prints: eligible for return within 30 days if returned in perfect condition.

• Framed Works: final sale unless damaged during shipping.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the artwork arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.

Refunds are issued after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Additional Return Conditions

We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of every artwork featured on our website. If you wish to return an unframed print, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will gladly offer store credit.

ULTRADISTANCIA will cover return shipping costs in these cases, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact orders@ultradistancia.com within 5 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photographs of both the artwork and packaging.

• Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

After verification, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Packaging & Handling

• Small unframed prints are shipped flat.

• Larger unframed works are shipped rolled using acid-free protective materials.

• Framed works are packed in custom-made crates with museum-grade protection.

All framed artworks include:

• UV-blocking acrylic plexiglass

• Acid-free museum mat boards

• Premium archival framing materials

Framing Options

ULTRADISTANCIA framing is produced in Germany using museum-grade materials.

Options include:

• Premium solid wood frames

• Acid-free Hahnemühle museum mat boards

• UV-protective plexiglass for long-term preservation

Authentication

Each limited-edition artwork includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity by Federico Winer.

Once your artwork arrives, please email info@ultradistancia.com with your order reference to receive your certificate.

Care Instructions

• Clean acrylic surfaces only with a soft cloth and appropriate plexiglass cleaner.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity.

• Retain original packaging for future transportation or storage.

Limited Edition Artworks

Limited-edition fine art offers collectors an accessible way to build a meaningful art collection.

Each ULTRADISTANCIA artwork is produced in a strictly limited edition. Once the edition is sold out, no additional works are produced in that format or size.

This controlled production process helps preserve the exclusivity, integrity, and long-term value of each artwork.
