Overview

ULTRADISTANCIA by Federico Winer is an original fine art project dedicated to the creation of exclusive limited-edition artworks.

Over the past ten years, we produced, sold, and shipped artworks to more than 200 collectors across 30 countries worldwide. Each work is carefully supervised throughout every stage of creation, production, packaging, and delivery, using only museum-grade materials and archival-quality processes.

Production & Shipping Origin

Standard ULTRADISTANCIA Shop orders are produced in collaboration with WhiteWall Lab in Germany, recipient of the TIPA World Awards for Best Photo Lab Worldwide (2013, 2017, 2020), and shipped directly from its production facility in Frechen via UPS, FedEx, or TNT.

Bespoke commissions and special projects may be produced by selected professional laboratories we work with in other countries, depending on the format, materials, installation requirements, and destination. Production arrangements are confirmed individually as part of each project.

All artworks are produced under Federico Winer’s supervision, with the same commitment to material quality, color accuracy, and finishing.

Every shipment is professionally packaged, fully insured, and includes a tracking number provided upon dispatch.

Ordering & Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• Secure payments accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Stripe.

• Bank transfer and WISE payments are available upon request: info@ultradistancia.com

• For security reasons, we do not store credit card information.

Production & Delivery Times

Each artwork is produced to order in your selected size and presentation.

As a general guide based on our shipping experience over the years, estimated delivery times from order confirmation are:

• United States, Canada & Europe: approximately 5–7 business days.

• Rest of the world: approximately 7–12 business days.

These estimates include production and shipping and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary depending on the presentation and destination. Framed and acrylic-mounted artworks, large-scale works, and special projects may take longer. Customs clearance and carrier delays may also affect delivery.

Tracking information is provided once your artwork is dispatched.

If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact info@ultradistancia.com before placing your order so we can assess whether your deadline can be met.

Customs & Duties

Shipping costs include professional packaging, handling, and insurance.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the buyer. ULTRADISTANCIA cannot pre-pay or estimate these charges.

Please contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before production begins and receive a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email orders@ultradistancia.com immediately, including your order number.

Returns of Unframed Prints

To request a return, email orders@ultradistancia.com within 15 calendar days of delivery, including your order number.

The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Please wait for our return shipping instructions before sending it back.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, we will refund the artwork’s purchase price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit may be arranged at your request instead of a refund.

Framed Works

Framed works are final sale and cannot be returned due to a change of mind. This does not apply to artworks that arrive damaged or to errors made on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, email orders@ultradistancia.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging, and retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

After verification, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost. If neither is possible, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

If a return is required, ULTRADISTANCIA will arrange and cover the return shipping. Please wait for our instructions before sending the artwork back.

Packaging & Handling

• Small unframed prints are shipped flat.

• Larger unframed works are shipped rolled using acid-free protective materials.

• Framed works are packed in custom-made crates with museum-grade protection.

Framing & Presentation Options

Available presentations vary by artwork and size. Please refer to the presentation selector on each product page.

Wood Frame with Mat

A solid wood frame with an acid-free mat board surrounding the print. The mat creates a visible border between the artwork and the frame.

Gallery Frame — Without Mat

A solid wood frame with the artwork presented edge to edge, without a mat board, under acrylic glazing.

Acrylic Mount

The print is mounted directly beneath a transparent acrylic panel, with an aluminium backing for stability. This presentation has no mat board or surrounding wood frame.

Framed and acrylic-mounted artworks arrive ready to hang, with hanging hardware included.

Paper, glazing, and mounting materials depend on the selected presentation. Frames and mats increase the overall dimensions of the finished piece. For available finishes and specifications, please visit our Printing, Framing & Mounting page or contact the studio for assistance.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each limited-edition artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity hand-signed by Federico Winer, identifying the artwork, its dimensions, and edition number.

Once your artwork has arrived safely, please email info@ultradistancia.com with your order number to confirm receipt. We will then send your certificate separately.

Care Instructions

• Clean acrylic surfaces only with a soft cloth and appropriate plexiglass cleaner.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity.

• Retain original packaging for future transportation or storage.

Limited Edition Artworks

Limited-edition fine art offers collectors an accessible way to build a meaningful art collection.

Each ULTRADISTANCIA artwork is produced in a strictly limited edition. Once the edition is sold out, no additional works are produced in that format or size.

This controlled production process helps preserve the exclusivity, integrity, and long-term value of each artwork.
