Shipping & Delivery
Ultradistancia is an original project dedicated to the creation of exclusive fine art works. Over the past ten years, I have produced, sold, and shipped artworks to more than 100 collectors in 30 different countries. Each piece is carefully supervised throughout its creation and fabrication, using only the finest materials available. Packaging and shipping are handled with the highest standards of safety and reliability, ensuring that every work arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping & Delivery – ULTRADISTANCIA
Overview
All ULTRADISTANCIA limited-edition artworks are produced and shipped in partnership with WhiteWall Lab (Germany), winner of the Best Photo Lab Worldwide (TIPA World Awards: 2013, 2017, 2020).
Our long-standing collaboration ensures museum-grade quality, archival materials, and the expertise of world-class printing and framing professionals.
Orders ship from WhiteWall’s facility in Frechen, Germany via UPS, FedEx, or TNT. Every shipment is fully insured, professionally packaged, and includes a tracking number provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Ordering & Payments
Prices are in US Dollars (USD). Use a currency converter for estimates in your local currency.
Secure payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal via Stripe.

We do not store credit card details for your security.
Production & Shipping Times
US & Europe: Ships within 10 business days after order confirmation.
Rest of World: Ships within 2–3 weeks.
Custom-framed or large-format works may require additional production time.
Exact timelines are noted on each artwork’s product page.
Customs & Duties
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and insurance.
Import duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot pre-pay or include customs fees in your total — please check with your local customs office.
Returns & Cancellations
Order Changes or Cancellations: Contact us immediately. If the order has shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Unframed Prints: Eligible for refund if returned in perfect condition within 30 days.
Framed Works: Final sale unless damaged during shipping.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the work arrived damaged.
All returns must include the original Certificate of Authenticity to be eligible for a refund.
Additional Return Policy:
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your unframed print*, original work, or functional object, please email us and we will gladly offer store credit within 10 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply. ULTRADISTANCIA will cover the cost of return shipping, but the artwork must be returned in its original condition.
Please note that custom-framed items, artworks sized 40 x 60 inches (framed) or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return.
If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork, and ensure ULTRADISTANCIA is notified within 10 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact orders@ultradistancia.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging.
Keep all original packaging until the case is resolved.
We will arrange a free replacement or repair after confirmation.
Viewing Artwork in Person
Private viewings may be arranged by appointment in New York, Buenos Aires, Toronto, London, Madrid, or Bangkok. Email us for availability.
Packaging & Handling
Unframed prints: shipped flat (small sizes) or rolled (large sizes) in acid-free materials.
Framed works: packed in made-to-measure crates with white-glove service.
All works are shipped with UV-blocking acrylic plexiglass and museum-grade mat boards.
Authentication
Each artwork includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity by Federico Winer.
Once your artwork arrives, email info@ultradistancia.com with your order reference to receive the certificate.
Care Instructions
Clean only with a soft cloth and plexiglass cleaner.
Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity.
Retain original packaging for safe transport in the future.
Framing Options
Premium solid wood frames made in Germany.
Acid-free, light-resistant Hahnemühle museum mat boards.
UV-blocking plexiglass for long-term protection against fading.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged
Report within 5 days of delivery (or 10 days if following the additional return policy above).
Send photos and order details to info@ultradistancia.com
We will replace or repair your piece at no extra cost after verification.
What is a Limited Edition Artwork?
Fine art editions offer an accessible way to build an art collection. Editioned artworks can vary in medium and are produced at one time by the artist in a limited number. No additional artworks are ever produced beyond the determined edition number, which is why they remain valuable over time.
